Anyone have any idea what this could be used for. It looks like someone welded a bolt to the rear frame by the e-brake cable. It doesn't look strong enough for a traction bar. There was one on the other side but it got broken off.

I have been looking at your picture of the bolt and I cannot think of what the heck it would have been welded on the car for.
