exhaust clamps

Does anyone know exactly what exhaust clamps were used on a 67 camaro SS/BB.  The catalogs show a cast end on a u-bolt and states original GM.  In my assenbly manual, It shows two different types, one on  the pipes before the hangers and a different style where the pipes go into the muffler.  Neither are with a cast botton.  H E L P.   thanks Pete
