Front chrome bumper bolts?

I've just had my front bumper on my 69 replated and need to aquire new bolts to mout it.  Are these bolts chrome plate, do they have stainless caps or what.  Also, can anyone recommend where to purchase a new set?

anyone of the resto companys have them, stainless cap.
