Factory Hurst comp plus shifter ID

Hi,I have a factory hurst shifter body that I dont know how to identify.There are no stop bolts,or bolts that hold the handle in so I know its factory equipped something.Where the handle goes in,it is straight up and down.No curve like on a 69 camaro shifter.the only stamping I see are

                                                                          HURST

                                                              COMPETITION/PLUS

                                                               patent pending

                                                                 11-5-A-1
