Engine wiring harness and Vacuum lines

Does the engine wiring harness go over or under the wiper motor.  I have seen it both ways.  How did it come from the factory.  Which vacuum lines go over the wiper motor?  Does the washer lines go under the wiper motor?

I just scrolled thru my  2019 MCAC Nationals Unrestored car photos and they all went "OVER" on top.
Even the Hot Rod Test Drive of the 69 Z (LOS) is over top.

I Did notice sometimes the wire  bundle short cuts in front of the washer housing vice completely over the wiper assy. Minor detail
