1969 door jamb screw questions

Guys looking for info on the correct screws for the U-jamb seals, vent and the single kick panel screw up on the "dog leg" for a 05A Norwood coupe. I have read the posts where both silver and phosphate has been observed. Does anyone have part numbers for these screws? Pictures are always welcome.

Here are pictures of the screws from my 05A Z/28. 100% that these were the original screws. Picture on the right is the repop seal and supplied screws.

Here is a picture of the vent screw. I don't have a picture stored from the restoration in 2012, as I only documented items that were different from the original hardware. Pretty sure in this case I installed the new screw supplied with the vent.

On my recent 4C Z10 restoration, the new vent screw supplied was black.

Here are pics of the screws from an 04C, X77 Z28 Norwood build unrestored survivor, with 33,660 miles. JM certified this car and it went thru Legends judge certification. I studied this Z28 extensively and photo documented the car at the 2022 Mecum Spring auction in Indianapolis. The only thing changed on this car were the tires!  This Z28 was an amazing time capsule.

Here photos of the door jam screws. The finish on these screws is common with other '69 survivors I have studied.

My "college" car was a rusty '72 2-door Nova with a 307 2-bbl, bench seat and automatic trans, and nothing like a cool '69 Z28...lol!

Do you have a picture of the top screw holding the fan shroud? Lots of discussion about that before the 2014 Nationals. Two of us going through legends judging, had different extra screws in our pockets depending on what the judges wanted to see.

I looked thru my pictures and found a few of screw 9419380. This screw is detail 12 shown on page 147 of the AIM, UPC Section 11/13 covering the radiator and fan shroud.  Other than my '69, all the pictures shown below of that screw are from various survivor '69 Camaros. I got my original screw from Larry Christensen along with a number of other original restored parts from him during my restoration. All the screws I have seen so far are indented head with "LG" head marking, encapsulated washer, 1/4-14 x 3/4 long. At one time, AMK Products carried them as #9421985.

The first pic attached below is my screw. My '69 is an 05A Norwood build X33 RS Z28 (restored)

The second pic is from base '69 Camaro Norwood build 10D survivor.

Fan shroud screw 9419380 - continued:

Pic 3 is from an 04C Norwood build X77 Z28 survivor, the yellow Z28 pics I posted earlier.  Its not a good picture but you can see the general shape of the screw.

Pic 4 is from an 05C Norwood build X11 SS 350 survivor.

Pic 5 is from an 02D Norwood build X66 396 SS survivor.  I met this owner and photographed his car at the 2023 Camaro Nat Legends judging.

In a past post, William showed that same screw part number 9419380 was also used on the steering column covers. Detail 11 on page 132 of the AIM. That left speculation as to the size of the washer used on the top bolt.

Assumptions were made as to the size of the washer based on the casting flash of the shroud. That is why three different bolts made the trip to the nationals. I would have to look to see what bolt went through the judging with no deduction. I was cleaning up some old parts and just found the bag with the others screws a couple weeks ago.

When I get home from work I can pull my fan shroud screw to measure the diameter of the washer and thread length. I'll also see if I used the same screws to secure the steering column covers together.

Here is a view of AMK's screw 9421985. AMK's screw appears to match the GM screw 9419380 but I am not sure about this.  AMK's screw is 3/4 inch long with an encapsulated washer diameter of 3/4 inch.

If you have an original GM 9419380 screw, please post a picture!
