Rear lower valance body stamp

I saw this stamp today while replacing the license plate bumpers. CRG write up on body panel stamping from Chev and Fisher indicate this is a Fisher body panel. Small stamp reads KA 24. Could this mean Kalamazoo 24th week of 69?

Yes, but I've never found a listing of the stamping plants. Pretty much every part has the date week stamped on it, including the door hinge mounts.

Thanks. Car is verified 06A build date. 24th week of 69 translates to June 9 to June 15 for data point.
