The 19N5975  should be right can't tell abought the last 2 numbers hard to read! I have a DZ block that date code is stamped VO206DZ it is a earler vin but the that is in the same time frame!

I agree on the 5 before the second nine. The only number I can't make out is the last one. I think it's 19N5954__.
