Just thought I would share with those that hadn't seen it yet. New stamps at post office with some awesome cars.

And speaking of awesome cars, it is so much fun watching shows like Adam-12 and seeing 1st gen Camaros everywhere. Yesterday in one show I saw a 68 SS-RS, a 69 convertible and a plain jane 68 CP.

Too bad the 67 or 68 isn’t there. Guess I’m not buying this round….maybe next round they’ll come to their senses. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😆😆

Bought my sheets today.   The woman that waited on me mentioned they are selling fast.  They are called pony cars by the Post Office, but they left out the Firebird and Cuda.

Actually, they call them Pony Car stamps.

I always find it disappointing when various models, signs, or, in this case, stamps choose to feature such rare examples of the car.  For example, in 1967 there were 602 Z28 cars, but it seems like about 75% of the memorabilia featuring 67 Camaros is of the Z28.  In 69, there were at least a lot more Z28s made, but still fewer than 10% of the build (so not super representative) ... plus, how many black 69 Z28s were there?  ~100?  So, yippee, there's a stamp for 100 potential owners out there!

Cool stamp and it's nice to see the Camaro in the bunch ... just wish it were a more representative trim and color.

It looks Fathom Green to me on the actual stamp. The side looks black, but it is all shaded.

For me personally, I wish they had used a Buttermilk Yellow 67 Z-28 for the stamp, but it doesn't bother me that they used a Black 69. I just wish it had red interior! BTW....there were 20,302 Z's built in 1969.
