Does anyone know this car? 124379n628924. Up for auction, represented as a black 1969 RS Z28.  Very limited auction description.

Nice looking car. No pics of stampings. Tag looks okay. Looks like its had an extensive restoration. I would want to see all the driveline and component stampings before I bid on it.
Has a chinese repop brake booster. Master isnt right either. Lots of resto catalog parts used.
Could turn out to be a decent car but who knows unless you inspect it in person.

The description is sorely lacking, especially as far as the drive line goes. A car like that {black RS} should certainly have been certified by now.  I've wanted this exact car since I was a kid in the early 80's.  Unfortunately, I don't think this is "THE ONE".  Thanks for the input.

Yeah Dave - those rivets scream "not original !"  Plus the speedometer is repro too.  Look at the font of the numbers on the odometer and compare them to a known original.

Surely does not look like a repop tag to me and I have other known real 10-10 04C tags to compare to.   Not to say it hasnt been off the car.

Tags been off but agree with Jonesy.  It appears legit from the crappy photo.
