Before I moved to SoCal 5 years ago, I was there every spring or fall….sometimes both since 1988. I bought my Camaro in 1986 and heard about Carlisle. cook-dw is spot on. If you know what you’re looking for, you might find it. I’ve scored some cool and rare stuff. 2 complete sets of fiber optic (albeit the back half wasn’t for Camaro) but there in repro now so the wait is over, dealer over the counter stuff and the always there guy who had a “pick your part” off the rusted beyond recognition 1st Gen. Who thought used seat belts, bolts, and trivial items would be so expensive now? Think outside the box going in. Your trusty 2 wheel dolly full of bungie cords and ready for the weather clothes will make it better. So if you’re looking to score used popular items, such as a front disc brake upgrade, seats, or anything to fill in the blanks, you should find it or or a connection to get it. Remember this if nothing else—Used parts vendors do not want to take anything home. So do your homework. Whatever is $150 on EBay is a bargaining starting point around $100, and cash is king. Heavy items are a pain to move (please make me a reasonable offer so I can get rid of it). Remember, you can always walk away with your money…..to the next vendor, and go by on the way out to see if it’s still there. A day at Carlisle is better than a good day at work. JMHO.
