Help with plastic fastener ID. C-2-1

What are theses used for? 14ea.
Into the interior now, only "thing" not marked. Look like new,may have already used the OE's and tossed these in the box. Window felts,door seals?? Memory failing.

Also used to attach the headrest bottom cover, 2 per headrest.
