Is it possible for a 69 Z 010 block to have a date code of A 17 O ?

Possibly if it was a CE engine for warranty purposes (but it wouldn't have the DZ assembly stamping - it would have a CE stamping).   The date you provided is AFTER the '69 Camaro production run ended in early Dec...

I take that date code to be January 17, 1970

Bentley.... :)    OH..  You were talking 'late Nov' versus early Dec for when the last Camaros were produced?   You're probably correct...  I do not have a date firmly in my head for that (last production) but I thought I'd heard both time frames mentioned previously...

Last '69 Camaros produced at Norwood, likely Friday November 7, 1969.
