Can anyone explain to me what's the difference between a CV-736 pcv valve for a L34 & L35 396 engine vs a CV-746 pcv valve for a L78 engine?

The 746 was used in HP small and big blocks, not sure of the differences however it is checked in high level judging.

Different flow rate dictated by engine rpm and load.
