Sorry to tell you, the 69 vents are pretty involved to remove
You have to remove the dash pad, lower the steering column and pull the instrument cluster a bit to get to the screws.
On the pass side there is one screw under the dash pad that hold it on. On the drivers side, there are 4 screws in back that hold it to the cluster. Once you get the housings off, then some screws hold the two housing halves together. Then you can replace the vents. Don't forget to inspect the felts and replace them if the vent is not held in place firmly by the felts (but can still move).
