Help with Dealer Codes

Looking for dealer zone and codes for two dealers:

George Cole Motors, Nashville Tn, circa mid 60’s

Lackner Chevrolet, Miamisburg, Ohio Also circa 60’s

Not looking for any links to info or addresses or dealers who took over their locations, I have all that.

Any help is appreciated

Nashville native, never knew George Cole to be a GM (Chevrolet) dealer, this company came to Nashville from San Antonio in the late 1920's as a Ford dealer, tracked them into the 60's as a used car dealer. The clip that answered you on the Corvette forum had more info than I could find -

Thanks Steve, yep see all the other than GM cars listed in many ads but at the same time plenty of Chevs in the ads, I’ll keep researching !!!

Retail Order form from Car order attached:
No address on form except for sold to person but no town. Surmised it was Nashville based on all the mentions of George R. Cole Jr. in all the Nashville ads for George Cole Motors.
