Is an assembly line mistake in the order of the digits for the month seen on other 350's from early 69 engines?

WH is a truck only application code. And yes the one posted has an error on the assembly date.

Looks like a mistake as the gang stamp was made up for that day's production, although surprised they appear to have changed the month too, rather than just incrementing the day from the previous. Expect they caught the error quickly, so this block may have been stamped early on the 16th.
