 That's probably another one of those reversed stamped (L7 vs. 7L) LOS VIN's I've seen, though in this example the L is very light.

It’s the real deal, but the car is not in the database.

It’s WAY overpriced. I sold a Norwood 67 SS 350 block a few to years back for $350.
