partial Vin number
« on: June 09, 2019, 04:48:22 PM »
Good news for me. I've owned my Camaro for 40 years and finally found my partial Vin numbers after a pulled the motor out. Had to use a magnifying glass and a bright led light. I've tried for years to find the numbers while the motor was in the car. Damn near impossible. So have patience and good luck to all you people out there in Camaro land.

Congrats Rich!~    (I know how that feels!).. :)

Take some decent legible photos of the VIN while the engine is out...  and for that matter, the app stamp as well and the cast no and date also.   Then you will have it all recorded.. :)
