Hi , did 69 Camaro’s come with a higher amp alternator with the transistor Ignition

The K66 ignition was not a '69 Camaro option. It was included with COPO 9560 [ZL1]; those cars were built with the production 37 amp 1100837 alternator. The standard resistance wire is not used as the K66 system requires a constant 12v.
