Original cowl tag??? or not??

As it turns out, I got to see this car in person this weekend since I went with my friend who was interested in a '55 Nomad they had, and we ended up doing a trade for the Nomad and brought it ,,,

I'm almost *always* ready for a car-related road trip, especially when Camaros or Nomads are involved!  ...  but I have to say, at my age now (70, and my friend is 72), it's much tougher than it was 40, 30, 20, or even 10 yrs ago!

PS.  The Volo museum/sales facility had several early Camaros including '69 Z28 (2), '68 Z28 which looked like a nice car, and several other SS and retromod Camaros, including a '69 ZL1 (tribute) car.  Most of their cars there are consignment cars, and there is a large turnover as they sell/buy/trade; probably 10 deals while we were there (a beautiful Saturday weatherwise for north of Chicago!), and we were told it was sometimes much more hectic!
