My 68 RS/SS
« on: December 23, 2018, 11:31:01 PM »
Wondering if my 68 SS/RS is in the database.  I owned this car many years ago and just ran across the info in one of my books that i wrote the info down. I dont have pictures of the engine or cowl tag anymore. Unless they are on a thumb drive in a box somewhere. Info below

Vin 124378L323934
396/325 hp
Motor casting 3916323 stamped T1226MY
Heads casting 3917215 dated L207
Intake casting 3883948 dated L227
Turbo 400 automatic no info on the trans.
Rear axle date cast K217 stamped PG1207G1 3.07 posi.

Body tag
02A
ST 68-12437 LOS 22861
TR 749  U-6 PNT

Lemans blue with white vinyl top and black houndstooth. It did have floor shift, console gages and a tic-toc-tac.  PS, PB, air conditioning, am-fm radio and style trim.

Glove Box tire label says 3934883 with the bow tie and AH in the middle.

If anyone comes across this car, I would love to buy it back.

Nothing other than what you submitted back in 2005.

Did I submit pics with my post? I searched for it here and didn't find it.

Actually, the information came from the team Camaro site and was entered by Kurt. I'm not sure if there were pictures because there's nothing in the database that indicates there were.
