I really do need some help on this one ,I am running 15X8 wheels front and rear,  my tires are 225,60R15 also front and rear  now my suspension was done a coupple of years ago, my question is everytime I take a fast turn my wheels will rub on the wheel weld, I have to replace my tires, should I keep the same size tires and had the suspension redone again? or should I go to a smaller size tires( which size would you recommend) thanks your input will help my decision.

That tire is not much bigger then a stock 195/70-14.

If I am not attending a serious Camaro judging show, where I use the stock E70 x 15 Goodyear Wide Tread GT's (my car is a '69 Z28), I use BF Goodrich 235 60 15 on the front and 245 60 15's on the rear, mounted on standard off-set 15 x 8 "Corvette" Rally's.  The only place my front tires occasionally rub is on the bolt located at the outer center position in the wheel well opening.  These are the bolts that retain the inner fender to the outer fender.  The rub happens when the tires are turned while pulling into or out of my drive over the curb, and the front end settles downward against the suspension.

I removed this one bolt and replaced it with the new style plastic push-in rivets on both side.   The rivet does not show and save my tires.

P215/70R15's on the front and 235/70R15's on the back. B.F. Goodrich with 15X7 TTO's all the way around. Fills the ww up fine and no rubbing.

My untouched original '69 Z/28 had 235/60-15 T/A's (original "YH" wheels) on it when I bought it six years ago, and I had the same (loud) rubbing at that 12 o'clock bolt head on both sides under the same conditions. I put a new set of 215/65 T/A's on it last year, and the rubbing is gone now.

Yes, the 15x8 will rub on the front --quite a bit...
Lot's of folks run 15x8 on the back and 15x7 on the front.  The 15x7 will rub a little when you go over large bumps, but not in the turns.
Of course, this means new front wheels and tires.
I wouldn't re-do the suspension --again-- if it feels OK.  That's probably not your problem.

Yeah, that is my problem it rubs went I take a corner, I was thinking on going 15x7 on the fronts, I guess I was trying to avoid that answer , maybe i`ll pick a set went I go to the Carlisle car show this April.

Got 245/60 front and 275/60 rear on YH rallys (Cooper Cobras) on my '69 Z...course, the suspension isnt stock either, so it doesnt rub.

Tires!!!!!!!! Funny you should mention tires.  IMO  215/60R15's all the way around.
