Need help identifying this tag

This tag came with the car's paperwork.  Not sure what it is.

Looks like a manual trans tag
67 SS/RS with original Cruise Control
67 Tuxedo Black Convertible.

That is an early 65 Mustang/ Fairlane manual steering box ID tag.
Further- 4=1964,G=July, 24th day, C= 3rd shift

Definitely not anything original for a 68 Camaro.
