A few of you may remember I was fortunate in picking up this 1967 RS L30M20 from the original owner in the summer of 2013. Numbers matching bumper to bumper. We'll, after lots trips to the CRG page, elbow grease, and a few beers.....I' now driving her any chance I get. Stripped the bottom of the car (no under coating ever, just needed a good wire brushing & paint), new exhaust, serviced the rear, had the trans rebuilt, and preserved/rebuilt/painted/ or clear coated everything in the engine bay (did not remove) - she cleaned up pretty nice. An old re-paint from the early eighties I thought was horrendous - compounded out ok (far from perfect, but with 2 kids in college, that will wait). Only major modes are multi-leaf, dual 2.5 inch exhaust (was dual from factory), and wheels. Definitely a driver - but that 327/275 and Q-jet 750 on the highway, well.......just puts a smile on your face.
