What kinda 1969 Camaro TRIM TAG is this?

I seen this trim tag on a 1969 Camaro today at a car show it had Z/28 badging is this a screw up or a YENKOPO?

Not a Z/28 or Yenko. Just a 1969 Camaro produced in Caracas, Venezuela
