Kind of had my interest until I saw the picture of the deck surface after it was swirly padded.  Ruined a good stamp in my opinion.

 the swirls look like Felpro blue style head gasket residue.

I own a machine shop and I see this all the time and it is the worst thing to do to a gasket surface.  Those abrasive disc should not be used on gasket surfaces.

I see what you are looking at now. I was only looking at the picture with the VIN/Prefix stamp.
