Interior door panels

I have a 1969 Camaro Pace Car Convertible and the orange door panels appear to be different. The fronts seem to be a solid orange vinyl door card and the rear seem to be a vinyl covered. Any one familiar with interior panels? Is this normal?

The original deluxe door panels we a cardboard colored fiberboard covered with foam & vinyl. Rear quarters are panel board with vinyl covering...Joe
