Z bar frame bracket stamping

I picked up a Z bar frame bracket at a local swap meet-it has CHQ stamped on it-is this an original gm piece or a reproduction?Thanks for any input!!!

CHQ stands for
CLASSIC HEADQUARTERS
, so it's a repop.

Thanks Ed-I figured it was a repop as it was powder coated -nice and shiny-paid only $5 .

The few original Z-bar's I have seen were dark phosphate.
