Just purchased a partially restored 1969 car that was last registered in Washington in 1978. That owner kept the car until 2004 when it was sold to a restorer who kept the car for a few years and then sold it to another restorer dealer who partially restored the car over a span of seven years. Because those two restorers were dealers they kept the title open. Engine not original. Has factory a/c, ps, pb and auto transmission with 12 bolt. Cowl tag photo is attached. Seller claims it is a factory SS. I obtained NCRS report that shows car was produced on August 14, 1969 and delivered to Bellwood Chevrolet located in Bell, CA. I plan on restoring the car.

Can you post some pictures of the car?
If both the dealers restored the car, how come you would need to restore it again?

The car is in transit but here is a link to some photos made by the seller.

I intend to repaint it to the original rally green with black vinyl top. As you can see from the photos it has been only partially restored.

Car looks like it could be real nice.
All that time put into the paint work, and they didn't even get the stripes correct.
I think it will look great rally green... as long as you ditch those hubcap spinners.....ugliest cap I have seen.
(I like rally caps, and I like spinners, but lets not combine them please)

Are you going to run the black hockey stripes?
