I have black interior on a couple of cars, and red interior on 2 others. The red looks sporty. My friend had a 67 RS/SS blue turquoise with deluxe turquoise interior( with white inserts) and I really liked that combo. I think having the different colors that were offered back then is very cool to see now a days, because there is so few factory options on interior colors on new cars. At best you can special color stitching on black seats.
At least the 5th gen you could get orange interior as an option, or the synergy green you could get a green trimmed interior.
The 50's and 60's cars having so many color options really makes them stand out even more, and thats what guys want right now, the car that doesn't look like everyone else's.
I hope with this trend more guys go back to to the factory colors on their cars. There was a time when you would go to a car show and it was mostly just red and black cars. How boring is that?
