This car is still for sale.   I don't know anything on 69 Camaros, so my curiosity is what is the obvious you guys are seeing to make this car is a fake z/28?
That's not a secret - too early for X-codes. When we start talking fonts, that's different.... ;)

Yes, and I am sure there are other things that are not correct, but that is the least of the worries for a buyer who falls for this description buy the seller.

You're right Bullitt, an early build car like this one would have a narrow 68 spoiler, 7k tach, and too early for a ZL2 hood.  But you see early build real Z's with those mistakes pretty often.   We already know the gauges were added though because they didn't bother to install the clock.  But it's a clone anyway so....

I hope someone does their homework before buying this one.

Shouldn't the head rests be straight? And a real x77 with rear quarter trim?

There are many things incorrect. Yes it has all of the X33 trim, there are more items incorrect than correct with this car.
Even the Vin tag looks bit beat up, makes me wonder of that got switched from another car....

Didn't 69 production run into november of 69, and isn't that a late vin number?
