Look at the difference in the captured washer on the lower fender bolt from the right side to the left side.

All of the B, P, & B stampings are in green.
Note the paint on the by-pass hose coupling. From other vintage pictures I have from other cars it shows the by-pass hose was in place when the engine was painted.
RS Washer bottle zinc screws.
Clearly shows the 3/4” captured washer used on the hinge to fender which is not what the 68 AIM calls out. Very normal process of what was actually used.
