Orig. Battery Cables

So I was about to trash these since the clamps were not original and they were - well just filthy - and I was sick of looking at them - but on inspection, pretty sure the cables are orig. (p/n's 6286165 & 6290591 - '67 327). Do they make a spring  clamp that can be reattached?
