Restamp. Characters are too deep, not sharp-faced like originals. Easy to stamp with the heads off - Deck surface looks to be reworked/scraped. Certainly not a uniform broached appearance.Just my opinion - Regards,Steve

AGAIN its not impossible to stamp in that location as this one is... However the one in question is a restamp.
