So far I have the block, oil pressure valve, valve covers, timing cover, flywheel, and 163 intake which I may or may not use depending on head selection. The things I have to determine are
cubic inch displacement (crank stroke)
bore: Would love to keep a 4.250 bore
Deck height: dependent on piston manufacture/ possibly custom pistons for a 10/1 and head combo
Finding a shop that will listen to me and has some experience with doing one of these blocks and is fairly reasonable. (not looking for cheap but don't want to be gouged either)
How to save up to get it done!
