Seat Belt Date Code

I started cleaning my seat belts today and noticed that all of my rear seat belts have two date codes on the tag. Has anyone else seen this? Why would there be two date codes?

For what it's worth, this is a 01D build car.

I can't say that I have seen any with 2 date codes before.

Nope, I've never seen that.
I'd guess they were re-inspected or such and then re-date stamped.
