1967 Camar engine stamp help

Hi, Trying to help a friend out with an engine stamp. He bought a 1967 camaro ss and the engine stamp looks like is says FC4I8ER. I figured Flint on 04-18 but I can't figure out ER. Thanks for your help.

The "ER" suffix was used for 1967 327/325hp hi-po engines with A.I.R. (K-19) in Chevelles and El Caminos. What's the block casting number and date?
