So its up to the buyer to know? I agree somewhat, but his advertising clearly states "NICE INVESTMENT QUALITY REAL DEAL Z/28".....with the word REAL DEAL meaning just that, real....or authentic. Just that wording put the seller in a precarious legal position and could possibly be found guilty of a public offense and he knows it. That's likely the reason it was removed from eBay but I suspect it will be put up for sale through other less public channels.

Mike, likewise I'm with you..the buyer should always BEWARE. But don't state "REAL Z/28 all number's matching" when there's so much wrong going on. I just feel sorry for that someone who gets burned buy these guys..sad (
