Would this car have come with the K19 smog system? Sold new in GA.

That link is very interesting. Owner claims to know nothing about it. Someone looked at the car when the owner was in FL for the winter.

Car was for sale. Someone looked at it and tried to broker a sale without the owner's consent. Car is now in my garage.
