almost appears to be actual wood....?   The Camaro wheel is the only one that is very shallow, that I'm aware of.   This could be from almost any of the other Chevy/GM cars?

It does look like actual wood. I see what ya mean by the spokes being bent at the ends right before going in the wood. Somebody fooled with this wheel don't ya think?  ???

When I was involved in a Camaro business in the '80s we used to go to the Pomona CA swap meet a couple times a year. One of the locals had a small business converting vinyl-rim NK1 wheels to real wood. He would strip off the vinyl, replace it with wood and re-finish. Probably was not worth the work.

This may be one of his wheels.

16" x 4" are the midyear Corvette dimensions, but that's not a Corvette steering wheel; I doubt if its a GM wheel at all with the sharp/abrupt bend where the spokes join the rim.

CV05-M119 isn't a GM part number. Probably aftermarket, as is the horn cap.

I do not have any personal experience, but I understand that Inland, the company that made the wheels, made many prototypes that where given to execs and sales reps. A guy over on sYc site had a few "one offs" for sale. A search should be able to find some example pics.
