Would this considered relatively early build?

 I know this is not really early build, and I know there are several "earlier", but I have not seen many 4 digit Build #'s.

That's the 8037th standard interior coupe built at the LA plant.  Its also a 3rd week of November built car.  Production started 2 and a half months before this car.  If you were buying parts for the car, or classifying it as early middle or late production it would be early in those 3 classifications, but its not a particularly early built car.

I know pic. ain't the best, Body #  is 8031.  Build date is 11A first week.  Production Run # A638 in upper right corner would indicate was it was actually built on the 1 st.  I have read the Body # Tech. article, and have read the Monthly Production report.  And come to the conclusion that by the  end of October "roughly" 4700 were built in threads B,C &D (combined) in the same time frame that this car was built.  I'm not trying to make this car more "rare", just saying(as I did in first comment)  I have not seen a lot of cars with 4 digit Body #'s.  I'm sure there's some out there with 2 digits or 3, or did they start with 0 s in front?

There are 4 different body number sequences at the LA plant, one for standard interior coupes, one for deluxe interior coupes, one for standard interior convertibles, and one for deluxe interior convertibles all running at the same time.  Each sequence started at 1 and worked upward from there, so there are 4 cars with the same body number until one of the sequences ran out of numbers.  Deluxe interior convertible body numbers have the lowest total body numbers at around 2100, and standard interior coupes have the highest total body numbers.  The style trim number would be different on each series of tags, 12437 for standard interior coupe, 12367 for deluxe interior coupe, 12467 for standard interior convertible, and 12667 for deluxe interior convertible.  These numbers are not to be confused with L6 or V8 engine designations like the VIN tag would show, even though the series of numbers appear similar.  Take your VIN and subtract 100K from it, and that is your approximate build number, ie if the VIN is L110645, then your car would have been the 10,645th camaro built at the LA plant, and the 8031st standard interior coupe.

Nope, 300K, vins started at 300001 and went up from there, 500K in 69.

Just a small correction, the deluxe interior coupe would be 12637.
