Nothing has changed - bodies still leave the Body Shop and enter the Paint Shop in bare steel, where they get cleaned, phosphated, primed, sealed, and color-coated. E-coated body panels are only furnished to Service - all production panels are bare steel; you can't reliably spot-weld E-coated steel panels.
