interesting that it has a Rosewood wheel and deluxe pedal trim but no Rosewood on the dash or ashtray
That's cause the car has Z23, but not Z87 deluxe interior.

My car has a console, so it has wood grain on the instrument cluster, no wood grain on the horn shroud. What did you have to order to get the grab bar?

Well my car has very little options, but does have the grab bar. On the invoice it says "special interior group" My car also has wood on the steering wheel and dash, and has the stainless trim around the pedals.

Bullitt, does your car have a console? Where is Kurt when you need him?

No console, 08C car has the tach and center fuel gauge. I am thinking the home page on CRG probably shows what options included that grab bar

What did you have to order to get the grab bar?
The "dash assist handle" (grab bar) was included in RPO Z23 for 1969, which was a subset of Z87. More HERE.

I see a lot of cars for sale that have all kinds of incorrect variations of the Z23 option. Like bright pedal trim and wood grain drivers's dash, but at the same time no grab handle and Camaro emblem above glove box. Since the Z23 grab handle is above the glove box the Camaro emblem had to be moved above the ash tray. Or wood grain dash, but not steering wheel. There are lots of ways to get it wrong if you don't study up on what Z23 actually included.

Wood on the wheel and on the dash...
Any idea what the tilt column release lever is from? Looks like Pontiac but the plastic is fluted. I thought Pontiac had smooth plastic.
