On rear it depends if you want exact look or not. I used a set of correct looking ones from Camaro specialties. For the front look up pozzi racings site or there should be discussion on here about them. I used the Moog 6308. There is one slightly stiffer for a z that might be better on an rs car. Z sits a little lower than a small block car so make sure you get the right ones. I learned after ordering the small block springs from hbc after they said that's what everyone uses.
