Wonder how many people were interested until seller stated the trees weren't included in the deal.

So in 1968 you had a couple GM executives who wanted a specialty Camaro, 1 had a special order 1968 Z/28 convertible , and the other a 68 Camaro wagon.... makes sense. I await the 68 camaro/ el camino model.  :D

Such a paradox;  the thought comes to mind,  "what were they thinking?"

Imagine seeing that in the spring; the rear end dragging as it's loaded down with little plants, lawn seed, and sod..............

Now you know where the concept vehicle for the Pontiac Aztek ended up.

Maybe the forerunner of the AMC Gremlin -

that looks like it started with very clean body. I guess there is one less camaro on the road, and one more wagon. Unless they used a new Camaro body to make this?

could end up like this one   http://bangshift.com/blog/genius-or-sacrilege-a-1969-camaro-station-wagon.html

I don't get it guys. What's the difference between what the pro street or custom built Camaros look like compared to this? Somebody is just thinking out of the box, just like all the others. I like this one better then the one in the first post. Although it looks like an old job, it was probably a unique idea to take on 30 years ago.

I suppose, I think there enough station wagons out there to make more than enough unique examples of cars, but somebody always proves me wrong. There is always a customizer out there who wants to create something "new" hopefully they use the new bodies, or foregone rusty ones for their creations..

It think it's pretty unique non the less. I haven't seen a old station wagon around here in 30 years.

I seem to recall a prototype first gen wagon in a surfer type photo. Could be wrong, wouldn't be the last time. It even had the fake wood panels (vinyl decals) down the sides
