Need a confirmation that these are the original style spark plug wire stands for a 67 L48 350 (with AIR)

Also, both Were painted Chevy orange correct?

Yes, and yes - they show in the Assembly Manual as "part of engine", so they were installed (and painted orange) at the engine plant.
