Looks dusk blue to me, but you might want to try These Guys.
They should know all about the First Gen Caprice.

I'm leaning towards Dusk Blue. Aure Turquoise is a lighter and different shade of blue altogether.

Brings back memories - I had a '69 Caprice coupe just like that except it was Fathom Green with a black vinyl top, 427, loaded to the gills, Comfortron A/C, etc; it was like a Cadillac with Chevy emblems on it.   ;D

Another possibility that appears closer to that Caprice shade to me is Lemans Blue Poly.   a bit lighter than the very dark Dusk Blue.

Yeah, me too. My dad bought a 2 door Fathom Green Impala with the 350 in 69. Loved it so much I have since had a 4 door Gold/Gold/Gold Caprice with a 350/300 engine in 82 and when my wifes pop-pop died I acquired his 4 door Glacier Blue/White 'PAINTED" top/ medium blue with 327 Belair. For a family car you really can't beat them. I really would like to find another decent driver 2 door Impala but I never see them around here.

I was looking at that same chart the other day. It is really hard to tell between the darker colors. Glacier Blue is out I had one that color before. I looked at the charts in that Impala website 'lakeholme' posted but it's hard to tell by that as well. That is a nice color. Easy on the eyes.

Yep, the first gen Caprice rode like a true land yacht, but handled better than most of the other big cars of that day, IMO.   ;D

That's the problem with charts, hard to tell.  I was going more by other pictures of dusk blue on the web.  It's looks lighter on a car than a chart.
But when you consider how Gary's pic has the car in the shade, it makes it even harder to tell.   :-\

I'm glad to see the darker blues and greens trying to make a comeback in the new car world!  ;D

I think it's Dusk Blue.  Notice how well the paint and the Blue Vinyl roof match.  The Blue Vinyl roof and Dusk Blue paint matched very closely I've seen quite a few.  Neither LeMans Blue or Azure Turq. was anywhere near that close of a match.
