He states in the auction that it's "P9H06B", but it looks more like P9H08B to me. What do you guys think?

Based on the photo posted above, I agree with you Ed.  I've emailed the seller and asked him to double check.  I'll post his response, if there is one.

 I second the 6. I imported this into Photoshop, enlarged it and converted to a negative to better see the contrast and you can see it's a lightly stamped 6.
