possible 396 /375 car on e bay early 4p car?

First I have to say this is really a nice car.  But I agree, the 6K Tach. raises questions, doesn't agree TT codes.  Whoever restored this car took a lot of liberties, but is still nice.  I noticed Deluxe Seat covers but Standard door panels, and Deluxe Sail Panel lights.(Interior code is 760 standard Black Buckets)
